Bespoke Wellbeing Journey (nine sessions)
My bespoke journeys blend the art of mindfulness with the coaching space.
Over these nine sessions you will learn how to meditate, or advance your existing practice. You will also receive a number of coaching sessions which will help you to consolidate new ways of thinking.
Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a life or career change, or simply want to reconnect with what matters most, I support you to help you to gain clarity, confidence and momentum.
Working together, we’ll explore your mindset, habits and beliefs in a way that’s thoughtful, purposeful and tailored to you. You don’t need to have a big problem to benefit from this work, sometimes the most meaningful shifts come from giving yourself space to think and be heard. Often a place of not knowing is a fine place to start!
All you need to bring to your journey is yourself and an open mind. I believe that you are creative, resourceful, and whole. Sometimes all we need are the right conditions to allow those qualities to surface so that you can shine.
This journey is about allowing that to happen for yourself, it is not about me telling you what to do. I am here to gently challenge you and to support you so as to drive change.
This package includes:
Discovery call (30 mins)
Prepare for coaching questionnaire
9 sessions of 75 minutes each, compiled of practical mindfulness and coaching
Reflection and feedback
Email support and additional material/recommendations as required
It is up to you how many sessions are coaching and how many are for meditation and mindfulness.
I will support you throughout. I have a bank of materials that might assist you, and if they are relevant to you I would like to share them as well as provide other resources and recommendations as we move through the sessions.
I suggest that your coaching sessions are spaced two weeks apart, to give you the opportunity to develop your thinking away from the coaching space. There may also be additional pieces of self-enquiry that I provide you with to help unlock new thinking, so having time between sessions can be very helpful. You may wish to alternate meditation and coaching, so as to have one session a week for nine weeks.
However, if you would prefer to vary the intervals, I can accommodate you.
Sessions can be face to face or online. If you prefer to meet face to face this can be at my space in Windsor or on a walk and talk in the local vicinity.
