With over six years of experience in the wellbeing space, I bring a grounding in mindfulness and meditation into every session. As a qualified meditation teacher, I’ve helped hundreds of people make simple, sustainable shifts in their lives by encouraging gentle self-inquiry and calm reflection.
My coaching approach is non-directive and deeply compassionate. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where you can explore what’s truly important to you, at your own pace, and in your own way.
What does the coaching journey look like?
It all begins with a free discovery call. This is our chance to connect and ensure that we’re the right fit to work together. Coaching is a collaborative relationship, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
Once we begin, we’ll explore your broader intentions - what you hope to gain from coaching.
From there, you’ll choose what you’d like to bring to each session. For example, if your overall aim is to build confidence, we might explore themes such as boundaries, people-pleasing, anxiety, or relationships.
You don’t need to have all the answers upfront. As life evolves, so do our sessions.
I offer a flexible, intuitive approach that adapts to your needs, meeting you exactly where you are.
My role is to guide the process and create the conditions for transformation, whatever that looks like for you.
